Step 1: Take a Screenshot of Your Analytics

Go to YouTube Studio: studio.youtube.com

Click on Analytics from the left sidebar.

Navigate to the data you want to share (Views, Watch Time, Revenue, etc.).

Take a screenshot using your computer:

Windows:
PrtScorWindows + Shift + S -
Mac:
Cmd + Shift + 4

Step 2: Access Your YouTube Community Tab

Go to your YouTube Channel.

Click on the Community tab.

Note: Community tab is available only if your channel has ≥500 subscribers.

Step 3: Create a New Post

Click “Create post”.

Select Image to upload your screenshot.

Click “Upload” and choose your analytics screenshot.
Step 4: Add a Caption

Write something engaging, e.g.:

Include hashtags to increase reach:
